Autogenic Therapy/Training (AT) is an extremely effective and well researched technique that enables us to bring about a profound state of relaxation of mind and body at will.
As human beings we have a remarkable capacity for self-healing: broken bones repair themselves, cuts and wounds heal themselves, and the psyche can restore its strength after the most severe emotional or physical trauma.
It is this innate self-righting mechanism that Autogenic Therapy taps into: enabling us to restore and maintain a natural state of health and vitality.

The technique is taught over 8-10 weekly sessions lasting approximately 45 minutes to an hour, and is based around a series of six simple mental exercises that are then practiced 2-3 times a day for a few minutes at a time.
Because each client is unique and comes to AT with different issues and challenges they wish to work on, the course will be tailored to your specific needs. I continually monitor your progress throughout so that you’ll ultimately have a tool-kit of skills that you can draw upon whenever you need. You wil have greater control over your own heath and well-being and a skill for life.
